The SM rotation is similar to all focus-based hunter rotations, and is considered a priority-based rotation.

Here is a list of priorities:

I. Set up Hunter’s Mark and Serpent Sting.

II. Refresh Serpent Sting as you need it.

III. Fire Black Arrow.

IV. Fire Explosive Shot whenever available (btw, you need to try your best to have enough focus to hit Explosive Shot 5)

V. Use Arcane Shot to bleed off excess focus.

VI. Use Steady Shot to regain focus.
