Step 1, spec into dual spec.
Step 2, use all your tallent points for your 2 specs up.
Step 3, Zone to a different place and log out.
Step 4, log back in, the tallent tree you had activated as your primary will have 3 extra points to spend.
Step 5, go back to a city (for quicker logouts, you don’t need to zone anymore) and switch specs, log out, log in, 3 extra points.
Step 6, keep switching trees, log out, log in for more free points.
