You need 3 macros for this to work. This is done with /macro at command line…
( the name of the macro does not matter, just so you know which is which..

Macro1
/console CameraBobbing 1
/console CameraBobbingFrequency 0.01
/console CameraBobbingSmoothSpeed 0.0028
/console CameraBobbingLRAmplitude 0
/console CameraBobbingUDAmplitude 10000

Macro 2 (this will change horizontal value of camera)
/console CameraBobbing 1
/console CameraBobbingFrequency 0.01
/console CameraBobbingSmoothSpeed 0.0028
/console CameraBobbingLRAmplitude 9000
/console CameraBobbingUDAmplitude 3000

Macro 3 (this will reset camera to normal)
/console cameraBobbingSmoothSpeed 50
/console cameraBobbingLRAmplitude 0
/console cameraBobbingUDAmplitude 0

When inside, activate headbobing.
Zoom in into First person mode.
Now click eighter Macro 1 or Macro 2 and run forward while pressing them.

The camera will now go through everything! Including mountains, walls, and even invisible walls.
